The International Medical Academy for Thermography (IMAT) is a non-profit organization founded in 1999 that addresses the diagnostic use of Thermography for research and teaching purposes. Their mission is to raise awareness of the use of Thermography worldwide by promoting scientific studies and their publication in scientific journals, digital media and seminars. The organization consists of members from Germany, other European countries, the USA, South America, Australia and Asia.
